The Financial Sustainability Team is exploring a wide range of possibilities for strengthening UUCL's financial future. We welcome ideas for increasing revenue, reducing expenses, using resources differently, strengthening stewardship, using our building and other assets differently, forming partnerships, or anything else we should consider.

An idea does not need to be fully developed to be worth sharing. At the same time, most ideas require people, time, and resources to make them happen, so we'd also like to understand what might be required to put your idea into practice.

In the coming months, the FST will also host listening sessions to engage with the congregation and further understand UUCL’s priorities.

You are welcome to submit as many ideas as you wish – we want to hear them all! Households with multiple members are encouraged to respond individually, including youth.

Individual submissions are anonymous and will only be viewed by the FST. Recommendations may be included in scenario modeling.
